The master bed/bath is secluded in the back of the condo for privacy and has access to the outdoor balcony. In the master bathroom, you will find a jacuzzi tub for your relaxation needs after a long day of traveling. The 2nd bathroom is a shared full bath with a Jack and Jill access off of the kitchen.

By booking this place, you are agreeing to abide to our House Rules. (These are not meant to scare/intimidate anyone, but just to ensure that we are being transparent and that our guests are treating our properties with respect). **Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. **It is expected that you treat our place with respect and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up. **No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors **Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING in the unit. **NO PARTIES in the unit!! **No Pets in the unit - per HOA restrictions. ** Checkout is 10am. *Sorry no late checkouts, especially in the Summer Season. -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. **Please do not touch or use fireplace. **Please do not put inside furniture outside. **Black "makeup" towels are provided so please do not use the white towels for makeup removal. **No clothes, towels, blankets, etc., are permitted on the front railings for drying or airing. You may use our back balcony railing for drying things. **The pool is self-regulated. No lifeguard is on duty. Persons using the pool do so at their own risk and accept full liability. Pool swipe key will be provided in the condo. **Lost Pool Key is $50 charged to you. **No trash or other items should be left outside condo doors on the walkways or in the stairways. Trash must be placed in the dumpsters provided in the parking lot. **Elevators should be used properly to avoid costly repairs. (Holding or stopping elevators for excessive periods may cause shutdowns and operational problems). They are not playgrounds for children. Absolutely no smoking in the elevators. **Charcoal/Open flame grilling is strictly prohibited under all circumstances (However, you may use an electric grill on the outside balcony) **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property! **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS**(monthly) -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. -Toiletries/supplies are fully stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed.
