GENERAL: WiFi, washer/dryer, linens, bath towels, hairdryer, central AC/Heat, keyless entry, iron and ironing board. PARKING: - 2 parking spaces labeled - Extra "guest" spaces in parking lot. PROXIMITY: 5.4 miles to Lewes Beach 6.3 miles to Rehoboth Beach 6.4 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park with walking/biking trails and beach access. 12 miles to Sports at the Beach Our condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Along with the 2 bedrooms, we have a spacious living room with a comfy couch and a futon with a 3 season room with plenty of sunlight. *Please note - the couch is not a pull out. The futon is considered the "sofa bed" on AirBNB. The first bedroom is to the right of the kitchen and has a queen bed and a twin daybed. The master bed/bath is to the left of the kitchen with 2 queen beds. In the master bathroom, you will find a shower with a tub for your relaxation needs after a long day of traveling. The 2nd bathroom is a shared full bath off of the kitchen in between the 2 bedrooms. Laundry room is located in the hallway right before the master bedroom on the right hand side. *Don't hesitate to bring all your vacation needs as there is plenty of storage and closet space in every bedroom. Beach supplies for guest use - including beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler. They are located in the front entrance closet. *Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups). Feel free to use our full size washer and dryer(with complimentary detergent) to have a clean suitcase full of clothes going home. *Fast WIFI is available for all your streaming and social media needs. There are 4 TVs in the condo that are equipped with an Amazon firestick with Netflix and Amazon Prime already logged in with Guest access. You may log into any other streaming accounts available should you have an account.

By booking this place, you are agreeing to abide to our House Rules. (These are not meant to scare/intimidate anyone, but just to ensure that we are being transparent and that our guests are treating our properties with respect). **Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. **It is expected that you treat our place with respect and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up. **No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night, with possible eviction. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors **Absolutely No Smoking/Vaping in the unit. ** No PARTIES in the unit!! **No Pets in the unit. ** Checkout is 10am. *Sorry no late checkouts in the Summer Season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. **Please do not touch or use fireplace. **Please do not put inside furniture outside **Black "makeup" towels are provided so please do not use the white towels for makeup removal. **No clothes, towels, blankets, etc., are permitted on the front railings for drying or airing. **Persons using the community pool do so at their own risk and accept full liability. Pool info will be provided in the House Manuel in the condo. (*Pool open Memorial Day - Labor Day*) **No trash should be left outside condo door on the balcony or in the stairway. Household trash must be bagged, tied and disposed of at the community dumpsters located in the community center parking lot (located right off of the roundabout). **Charcoal/Open flame grilling is strictly prohibited under all circumstances. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property! **Please do no leave the microwave light above the stove on overnight or for long periods of time. **Charging of electric vehicles/bikes is not permitted on the property for safety and insurance reasons. Please use the local charging stations nearby. **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS**(monthly) -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. -Toiletries/supplies are fully stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed.

You will get checkin instructions the day before check-in and will receive the door code the day of your check-in. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own.
